Campus will resume academic activities from Monday, September 14, 2020

The students of first, second and final semester in undergraduate programs and all semesters of graduate (MS/PhD) programs are advised to start taking regular classes on campus from September 14, 2020. The rest of the students will resume their online classes until the next decision is reached. Please note that Engineering is not having an 8th semester, their 7th semester studenst will be attending the physical classes. The students rejoining university for physical classes must bring along the duly filled hard copy forms (Health certificate & Affidavit)  given below. 


FORMS need to be submitted in your respective DOO Offices when you visit.

Please note that you have to follow the below mentioned precautions and safety measures against COVID-19 while on campus:

SoPs against COVID-19, to be followed while on campus, as defined by HEC:

  • All the students will be checked for fever/temperature, at the entrance.
  • Stay at home if you have symptoms of COVID-19, which may include the following:
    • Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Wear face masks
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow (sleeve sneezing) or use a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

SoPs for preventive measures against COVID-19 for Hostelites: 

  • Students should respect safe distances. If this is not possible, students must be informed of the need to wear a mask when in areas with more than two persons.
  • All the students will be checked for fever/temperature, at the entrance of hostel gate.
  • At the time of hostel registration, studens will sign a terms and conditions form to be followed with reference to COVID-19.
  • After registration students will not be allowed to visit their home town or any public places outside of campus. In case of any emergency or unavoidable circumstances, if student(s) leave the campus premises with the prior approval of Senior Warden/Warden, at the time of return he/she has to produce COVID-19 PCR base test report conducted within 72 hours before entering the campus vicinity. 
  • If the hostelites have any of the below mentioned symptoms, they must report in Medical center of the campus/ their health care provider. 
    • Fever – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature). It is a common sign and also may appear in 2-10 days if you affected.
    • Coughing – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
    • Shortness Of Breath – Around 1 out of every 6 people who gets COVID-19 becomes seriously ill and develops difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
  • When sneezing, cover your mouth with your arm or with a tissue paper.
  • Do Not gather in groups inside hostel nor should you visit other students rooms. 
  • Do not litter in the hallways and in your rooms. Use dustbins

The health, welfare and safety of students, faculty and staff is the number one priority for the University. Therefore, your full cooperation is requested in order to ensure proper facilitation to all.



Courses will not be registered unless the fee is deposited for the Fall 2020 semester. Students interested in depositing minimum 60% of fee as first installment should fill this form and bring for signatures in room 105 of administration block. The students interested in availing the on-campus hostel facility must come with a valid COVID-19 test result obtained in last 72 hours. For hostel related queries write to


  • Campus buses will run within city as per seating capacity based on SoPs. The students from Haripur, Mansehra and Havelian already availing the facility previously, will be preferred. Fresh applicants may contact transport office. 


  • Please make sure you have your student ID cards with you when you enter campus.
