Computer Labs

 Equipment Repair and Maintenance Cell

The Equipment Repair and Maintenance (ERM) lab is a dynamic space that performs a wide range of functions to support the smooth operation of IT-related tasks and services. 

Provision of IT Support: The ERM lab serves as a central hub for providing IT support to students, faculty, and staff. It offers assistance with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, provision of Multimedia Projectors for classroom lectures/presentations, Repair/Maintenance of IT equipment and IT support for various events, and addressing general IT inquiries.

Multimedia Provisioning and Installation: The lab is responsible for setting up and maintaining multimedia equipment required for classroom lectures and presentations. It ensures that projectors, audio systems, and other multimedia devices are installed correctly and functioning optimally.

Repair and Maintenance of IT Equipment: The ERM lab handles the repair and maintenance of various IT equipment and devices. This includes desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

IT Store-Related Tasks: The lab oversees inventory management, stock replenishment, and assists users in selecting the appropriate IT products.

IT Support in Event Management: The ERM lab plays a crucial role in providing IT support for events taking place within the institution.
