Program Team (PT)

The Program Team (PT) gathers and records data/information connected with an ongoing project in a division, according to the necessities of the Self Evaluation Manual, and readies the Self Evaluation Report.

The Program Team is framed by the HoD and contains a few employees from inside the division. The job and obligations of a Program Team (PT) include:

• To plan drafts of the SAR on the given deadline and send them to QEC
