Welcome to the Chemistry Department, where curiosity meets innovation! Our department is a vibrant hub of scientific exploration, dedicated to unraveling the mysteries of matter and transforming the world through groundbreaking research and education. The focus of the Department of Chemistry, after its establishment in 2008 at CUI Abbottabad Campus, is to be recognized as a well-known teaching and high-quality research hub. The department has 22 full-time PhD faculty members having national and international repute. Students are provided opportunities to work in different research areas such as; Natural Product Chemistry, Material Chemistry, Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Physical & Analytical Chemistry and Computational Chemistry.
