CUI, Abbottabad Campus observed πππ¬π‘π¦π’π« ππ₯πππ€ πππ² October 27, 2024.COMSATS Literary Society (CLS) organized a heartfelt event at COMSATS University Abbottabad to commemorate Kashmir Black Day on October 27, 2024. This day holds deep meaning for many, marking the struggles of the Kashmiri people since the Indian military’s invasion in 1947. The event aimed to foster understanding and compassion for the challenges faced by Kashmiris, reminding everyone of their ongoing quest for justice and peace.
Leading the walk was Merit. Professor Dr. Imtiaz Ali Khan, the Director of COMSATS University Abbottabad. He emphasized the importance of standing with the Kashmiri people in their quest for justice and self-determination. Students, faculty, and community members joined together, carrying banners and placards that called for human rights and peace. The atmosphere was both reflective and hopeful, as participants shared their thoughts and feelings about the situation in Kashmir. This gathering not only honored those affected by the conflict but also strengthened the university community’s commitment to raising awareness and advocating for a brighter future for Kashmir.
