| Mr. Muhammad Fayyaz Sheikh is a lecturer in CIIT Abbottabad at Management Science Department. He completed his MS degree from CIIT Abbottabad in General management under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amjad Farid Hasnu. His research work included HRM practices in small firms. Earlier, he holds MBA degree with the specialization in Human Resource Management, from CIIT Abbottabad.
Mr. Fayyaz Sheikh has a vast career in teaching which is extended over more than 20 years. He has taught from school to university level. Due to diverse qualification at that time he has taught at many local colleges.
He has conducted a thorough field research on the topic of tobacco in Hazara for the partial fulfillment of the degree of Pakistan Studies. He has supervised many students for internship. He has been a member of different committees in the department and served it in various capacities. He is planning to leave for PhD soon. His area of interest is HRM in small firms.
