Welcome to your Hybrid course at CUI Abbottabad. This course does not require physical/ online attendance in classes. Therefore, there is no physical/ timed class as per time table. Soon the teachers assigned to you will call you for live sessions once a month/ more. This will be communicated to you through your class representative (CR). Please go through the following text and access your portal for Hybrid course so that you can start viewing the video lectures and the content.
Three courses are being offered on the Hybrid mode of learning in Spring 2021.

- Islamic Studies
- Pakistan Studies
HOW TO ACCESS HYRID PORTAL:
- Please go to your student portal and click on “FOR HYBRID COURSES STUDENTS Click Here”
- Login with your regular portal Roll No and password.
- Check the box next to “I’m not a robot”
- Then click on sign in
- once signed in, click on your courses link
- In the courses list, click on the course offered in Hybrid mode
- This will take you to the Learning Management System (LMS)
Note: If you are unable to access your portal following the above steps, please share the error screen with focal person or CR for fixing of the problem. If there is an error of “Parent Login”, change your password from your regular portal in settings menu and try logging back into your hybrid portal.
Once logged in, you will be able to see announcements, quiz, assignments, GDB, etc. and this LMS will be your portal for the whole semester for this hybrid course. All the details and announcements will show up here, so regularly visit this portal.
Your lectures are updated on your portals. Please start viewing the slides, videos, and material available. You will have your first quiz and assignment announced on your portals very soon.

NOTE:
The moderators (faculty) for Islamic Studies and Pakistan Studies (Except Madam Aruba Sharif) are available on campus. You can meet them at their defined/informed timings. The moderators for Report Writing Skills and Madam Aruba Sharif of Pakistan Studies are located in Islamabad. You can contact them via emails/ Facebook groups created by them. They will respond to you within 24 hours. If you face any issue, feel free to contact the focal person on campus, Ms. Saadia Munir AR (General) in Room 105 of admin block or email at saadia@cuiatd.edu.pk
All the CRs are advised to contact the focal person (Ms. Saadia) and get their contacts submitted, so that a whatsapp group for all the courses can be formed. If you are in your first semester, please finalize your class CR and share his/her information with us at saadia@cuiatd.edu.pk.
