 Benefits of Registering on the CUI Alumni Portal

The following perks will serve as incentives for Alumni to update their profile or create profile on the Alumni portal and will not have any financial implications:

Issuance of digital e-cards:

Issuance of E-cards on the Alumni portal. Digital E-card will allow them to enter their respective campus seamlessly. This will give the alumni a sense of affiliation. Following privileges against the E-card will be provided:

• Sports Facilties

Campus Alumni are eligible to use the different sports and fitness facilities housed at CUI campuses. Alumni can also book a venue or sports ground or discounted rates for corporate events. All these will be subjected to approval from the relevant office.

• Library Access

Alumni will be eligible to visit and study in the library and have access to online and on-campus books.

• Career support

Provide support in careers to Alumni, sharing of job listing, mentorship and professional growth.

• Priority Event Invitations

Priority event invitations will be sent to Alumni for reunions, seminars, workshops, convocation, career fair and recruitment drives.

CUI Alumni – University Access Policy

At CUI, we strive to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our alumni on campus. Our policy outlines guidelines to ensure positive interactions, access to campus facilities, and a continued connection with the university community. These rules promote a safe, respectful space, fostering professional and personal growth while maintaining strong ties with CUI. Alumni are encouraged to follow these policies to enhance their involvement and enjoy the full benefits of being part of the CUI alumni network:

1. Alumni Entry: Alumni must register at the campus gate with valid identification before entering for any event or visit.
2. Misuse of Identification: Alumni must not misuse their university identification for unauthorized access or activities.
3. No On-Campus Smoking: Smoking is not allowed within campuses premises.
4. Photography: Permission is required for photography in restricted areas on campus.
5. Hostel Entry: Alumni are not allowed entry into hostels without prior approval from the administration.
6. Respect for University Property: Alumni are expected to respect university property and adhere to all campus safety regulations while on-site.
7. Illegal Drugs and Alcoholic Beverages: The use or possession of illegal drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited on campus.
8. Possession of Weapons: Any form of weapon on campus is prohibited.
9. Parking: Alumni must park in designated areas and adhere to campus parking rules.
