A comprehensive training program was organized at the CUI Abbottabad Campus, aiming to educate faculty, officers, and staff members on critical institutional policies and management systems August 01, 2024. The event started with opening address by the Incharge Faculty Development Academy (FDA) CUI, Mr. Ali Tawab Baloch. The Director Campus, Merit Prof. Imtiaz Ali Khan in his well come addressed emphasized the importance of this training with the audience. He stressed the employees to learn from this training session and make the workplace more safe and secure by keeping gender balance.

Prof. Dr. Rafaqat Hussain, Prof. Dr. Romana Khan, and Mr. Atif Bhatti was the resource person of the training program. The session was conducted in the training are on Harassment and Abuse of Authority, and Uniform Management System.

The resource persons provided an in-depth discussion on the Higher Education Commission (HEC) policy related to Harassment and Abuse of Authority. Emphasis was placed on creating and maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. The session highlighted the importance of understanding and implementing the policy to ensure a harassment-free workplace.

He further expressed that Uniform Management System (UMS) CUI, Principal Seat shared latest processes for streamlining the academic activities. The discussion included processes and procedures related to the Uniform Management System. The goal was to streamline academic activities, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the board. Attendees were briefed on the best practices and protocols to be followed for effective management.

The training program was successful in raising awareness and providing valuable insights into crucial policies and management systems. The participants left with a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities in fostering a respectful and well-managed academic environment.
