The oral defense of PhD candidate Ms. Khadija Hamayun (Registration No. CIIT/FA16-R64-001) is scheduled to take place on Monday, 30th September 2024 at CUI, Abbottabad Campus. Her thesis is titled “Development of Customer Satisfaction Index Model for Pakistan” and has been supervised by Dr. Shakir Hafeez. The examination will begin at 10:30 AM and will be held in the Video Conference Room at the Main Library CUI, Abbottabad Campus. While the event is open to all interested individuals, the evaluation will be conducted solely by the appointed panel of examiners.
