Chief Executive Officer Water and Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA) Mr. Amir Zaki, General Manager Operations Engineer Zeeshan Pervez, Deputy Manager Solid Waste Management Engineer Javed Abbasi, Deputy Manager Water Supply Engineer Noman Qabul, and Deputy Manager Media and Communication Mr. Omar Swati visited COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Abbottabad Campus on December 30, 2021.

They were warmly welcomed by the Director CUI, Abbottabad Campus Merit Prof. Imtiaz Ali Khan, Chairman Department of Environmental Sciences Prof. Dr. Muhammad Irshad, and other faculty members. Both organizational representatives enlightened about the achievements and future plans of their respective organizations. 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Amir Zaki, Chief Executive Officer, WSSCA acknowledged that CUI, Abbottabad Campus has the best experts in the Department of Environmental and Earth Sciences and their visionary contributions could help to resolve the problems of municipal services for the citizens of Abbottabad in modern ways. So, the WSSCA Abbottabad in collaboration with the expertise of CUI, Abbottabad Campus should initiate activities, in order to keep the city clean and green.

Director, CUI, Abbottabad Campus said that the students of CUI, Abbottabad Campus are working  in the areas of Solid Waste Management, Water Supply Systems, Sewerage System, etc. which could be beneficial for WSSCA. 

Both the frontrunners agreed to work together for various significant environmental aspects of Abbottabad and surroundings.
